WHO WE ARE:

UKi Media & Events is an international specialist event organiser and publishing company based in Dorking, Surrey. With a team of over 90 people, we publish 13 magazines spanning the automotive, aerospace, marine, meteorological and logistics sectors, and we're proud to deliver world-class events and publications to specialist audiences globally. Our new central Dorking offices are collaborative, engaging, and built for people who want to do great work.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Dorking, with at least three days a week in the office.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You are an experienced exhibition and sponsorship sales professional with a proven track record of delivering sales growth. You have excellent customer relationship skills, a collaborative approach, and genuine enthusiasm for off-highway vehicle technology. You're commercially driven and keen to immerse yourself in a rapidly evolving sector. You thrive in team environments and are eager to support and guide others to success.

THE ROLE:

Join UKi Media and Events as Sales Manager for iVT Expo, the leading international exhibition for off-highway vehicle technology. You'll bring strong relationships and commercial expertise to help drive the continued growth of iVT Expo across its European and North American editions.

iVT Expo brings together companies driving innovation across the construction, agricultural, mining, industrial and specialist vehicle sectors. The exhibition showcases the latest advancements in electrification, autonomy, connectivity, powertrain, hydraulics, cab design, software and advanced engineering solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive exhibition stand sales and meet targets
  • Develop and manage sponsorship opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and industry partners
  • Demonstrate consistent sales growth and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver the show strategy
  • Support the expansion of iVT Expo across European and North American editions

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experienced in exhibition and sponsorship sales
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent sales growth
  • Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative team player with a commercially driven approach
  • Passionate about off-highway vehicle technology and innovation
  • Self-motivated and keen to develop industry knowledge
  • Comfortable working in open-plan, collaborative environments
  • Ready to guide and support team members
