Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager who can be a leader in a high-performing team and consistently deliver on ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to sales, excels at building client relationships, and is motivated by results in a fast-paced environment.
We're in the live events business, which means in-person events are our core. This translates to our company culture and this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London HQ. This in-person environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant changes in our industry.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue for the business through consultative selling and relationship building while leading a small team within the sales department when required.
Your role will involve:
- Leading from the front in maximising Sales Team revenue: Drive the Sales Team to achieving target through hitting personal KPIs and supporting the wider team.
- Manage key client relationships: Build and develop corporate and individual relationships with clients through consultative prospecting.
- Implement the sales strategy: Support in identifying key areas of opportunity and best ways to drive the team towards it.
- Maintain high sales standards: Ensure the team follows sales processes, Salesforce best practice and compliance requirements while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Drive new business opportunities: Identify emerging markets, target new client segments and support the team in converting high-value opportunities.

Skills & Experience
While qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the value of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include:
- Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales role
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and prospecting skills
- Ability to analyse data and identify sales opportunities
- Existing relationships with key corporates and HNWIs
Target compensation package:
£40K - £55K + share options + benefits.
Final offers may differ from the target compensation package, taking factors such as experience level and skill set into consideration.
