Role Description

The Sales Manager role at Seed Realty Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in North Shields. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing a pipeline of real estate clients, presenting research-backed property solutions, and guiding prospective buyers and investors through the full transaction cycle.

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including client prospecting, relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Experience in real estate or related financial services, with the ability to interpret market trends, portfolio reports, and investment analyses.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling and needs-based advisory, with comfort presenting complex information in a clear, structured manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities for diverse client groups.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with capability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Competence with standard office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or real estate are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a team-focused environment, showing integrity, professional judgment, and a client-centric mindset.
