FX Sales Manager | Base £70k-£90k | OTE £125k+ | London
We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, dual-regulated FX hedging technology company, for an FX Sales Manager to drive new business and manage relationships across their corporate client base.
Our client sits deliberately between banks, brokers and fintechs; sharper than a bank, deeper than a broker, more established than a fintech. That positioning is what lets them win business their competitors can't.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Manage, build and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, with real ownership over how those relationships develop
- Identify and close new business opportunities within the corporate segment
- Structure FX and hedging solutions that fit each client's risk profile, not a one-size-fits-all product
- Support and mentor junior sales talent as the team grows
- Feed into commercial planning — pricing, positioning, and how the team approaches the market
You'll be a fit if you:
- Have a solid track record in corporate FX sales or a closely related field
- Understand FX market structure well enough to position confidently against banks, brokers and fintechs
- Can operate with autonomy and sound commercial judgement
- Have some experience supporting or mentoring more junior colleagues
