The Role
Join DAZN's Commercial team and play a key role in driving advertising and sponsorship revenue across one of the world's most exciting sports media businesses. You'll own relationships with agencies and brands, develop strategic account plans, and create integrated commercial solutions that deliver against ambitious sales targets. Working cross-functionally with teams across the business, you'll identify new opportunities, build bespoke pitches and market insights, manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to close, and represent DAZN with clients and at key industry events.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive advertising and sponsorship revenue against quarterly and annual sales targets
- Own agency & brand relationships as the primary contact; keep the pipeline moving from prospecting to close
- Develop strategic account plans to grow existing business and unlock new opportunities
- Design and pitch integrated solutions (OTT/Linear, sponsorships, branded content, social, programmatic) with cross-functional partners
- Drive operational excellence with disciplined CRM, reliable forecasting, and proactive issue resolutions with partner teams
- Be a first point of contact for any challenges, negotiations or objections
- Develop your own sales collateral and bespoke market intelligence, win/loss learnings, and category playbooks in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities

What You'll Bring:
- 2-3 years' experience in a commercial or sales-oriented environment
- Experience in TV/OTT/digital media sales
- Customer-centric approach to sales
- Hunger for closing new business
- Operational discipline in pipeline and forecast management
- Strong objection handling skills
- A very proactive mindset and approach to sales
- An all-around good human
