Wimbledon | Employed | £100,000–£200,000+ Guaranteed Year One Salary | Uncapped Earnings
A rare opportunity to join a world-renowned luxury property brand at a pivotal point in its London growth.
Over the last two years, the business has significantly expanded its London presence, opening new offices, attracting senior talent from some of the industry's leading agencies, and increasing its presence across the prime and super-prime market.
Now, the next phase is Wimbledon.
And they're looking for an exceptional local agent to continue its growth.
The Opportunity
This is an employed brokerage model designed for established performers.
- You'll receive a £100,000–£200,000+ guaranteed package for your first 12 months, based on your current earnings and track record, with uncapped earning potential thereafter.
- You get the security of employment with the autonomy normally associated with being self-employed.
- No micromanagement. No pointless KPIs. No rigid office hours.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in agents who have already proven they can:
- Win instructions
- Build and retain HNW client relationships
- Consistently transact prime/super-prime property
- Generate their own business
- Build a strong local network and reputation
If you've built a successful career in Prime or Super-Prime London and are questioning what the next five or ten years could look like, this is worth a conversation.
Why Now?
- Rapid expansion.
- Exceptional people around you.
- International reach.
- A powerful luxury brand.
- And the opportunity to build your own business within it.
For obvious reasons, we can't name the brand publicly at this stage.
But if you've guessed it... and you're an established prime residential performer... I'd be very interested in speaking confidentially.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
