Sales Manager – Temporary Structures

Job Title

Sales Manager – Commercial & Industrial Marquee’s

Office based

Kettering (With some site/client visits across Midlands and surrounding areas)

Remuneration

£35,000 + Lucrative Commission & Bonus scheme (OTE 65k+)

The Role

The role of the Sales Manager – Commercial & Industrial Marquee will involve:

  • Office based Business Development position selling a range of commercial and industrial marquee’s and temporary structures
  • Selling to a varied range of clients (hotels, wedding venue’s, MOD etc.)
  • Primarily a new-business position, focusing on building new relationships into a range of sectors
  • You will inherit a portfolio of established accounts, building and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Providing customers with technical advice and guidance on commercial shading solutions
  • Preparing quotations and managing enquiries through to order completion
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the internal CRM/database

  • Must have proven Sales experience within the construction, events, modular building, temporary structures, access, manufacturing or related sectors
  • Must have ability to build and manage new relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Genuine hunger, resilience and tenacity
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
