Sales Manager

Ealing, London | Office Based | £35,000-£45,000 + Commission

We're working with an established retail technology software business looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead new business development activity.

This is a hands-on sales role where you'll own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals.

You'll be joining a collaborative business that works closely across sales, customer success, and technical teams, giving you the support needed to build strong opportunities and win new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales process from initial outreach to close
  • Build relationships with retail decision-makers
  • Deliver presentations and solution demonstrations
  • Negotiate and secure commercial agreements
  • Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline
  • Support future growth of the sales function

Requirements

  • Experience selling software, SaaS, EPOS, or retail technology solutions
  • Strong new business and hunting mentality
  • Proven experience running a full sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fashion, footwear, or retail sector experience preferred
  • Existing retail industry network advantageous
