About Rhinowash

Rhinowash designs, manufactures, supplies and supports industrial cleaning equipment throughout the UK. For almost 50 years we have built our reputation on reliability, innovation, customer focus and long-term customer relationships.

As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our leadership team and are seeking an experienced commercial leader to help shape the next stage of our journey.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Sales Manager position. We are looking for an experienced leader who can build high-performing teams, drive commercial performance, improve systems and processes, and contribute to the wider success of the business.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will play a key role in overseeing sales performance, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM development and cross-functional commercial alignment.

This role forms part of Rhinowash's long-term growth and succession strategy and offers the opportunity to progressively take ownership of a broader proportion of the commercial function as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leadership & Team Development

  • Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team.
  • Creating a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Coaching and developing Business Development Managers and Business Account Managers.
  • Recruiting and developing future talent within the commercial function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
