Sales Manager – Leisure
Location: Farnham, Surrey | Full Time
Lead. Inspire. Drive Sales!
We’re working with one of the UK’s leading leisure operators to recruit an ambitious Sales Manager to lead the sales department at a busy leisure facility in Farnham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional within the leisure, health or fitness industry to take the next step in their career and lead a high-performing sales team.
You’ll take ownership of membership sales, drive commercial performance and create a positive, motivated sales culture across the centre.
The Role
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive membership growth and maximise sales opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver effective sales strategies.
- Coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a strong member experience.
- Work closely with the wider management team to drive overall centre performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales management experience within leisure, health, fitness or a related industry.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Commercially focused, energetic and results driven.
- Passionate about customer experience and developing people.
- Ambitious and looking to progress your career within the leisure industry.
- Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends on rotation
