Lead, grow, and shape the future of sales at LEMAN UK

Are you a commercially driven freight forwarding professional with a passion for winning business and developing people?

We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our UK commercial activities. This is a key leadership role where you'll drive profitable growth, develop a high-performing sales team, and help shape the future of our UK sales organisation.

Your role

Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance while supporting the continued expansion of our UK business. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the commercial team
  • Driving new business development and strategic customer acquisition
  • Creating and executing sales plans to support growth ambitions
  • Building strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborating with operations and leadership to drive commercial success
  • Supporting commercial decision-making, procurement discussions, and carrier relationships

What we're looking for in you

  • Experience from the freight forwarding industry
  • A proven track record in sales and business development
  • Previous sales leadership experience
  • A strong commercial mindset and understanding of profitable growth
  • Broad knowledge of freight forwarding across multiple transport modes
  • The ability to work independently and make things happen
