Role: Sales Manager - Luxury Hospitality

Location: Hybrid, Central London based role

Salary: Up to £50,000 base plus car allowance/company car and uncapped commission!!

I’m working with a fast-growing luxury hospitality business that is looking to bring in a highly ambitious Sales Manager to join their London team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry, commercially sharp, and naturally confident in front of clients, with the ambition to grow into a more senior commercial position as the business continues to scale.

You’ll inherit a strong portfolio of existing accounts, giving you a great platform to build from, but this role is equally focused on winning new business and creating growth!

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients while actively identifying and converting new opportunities across the luxury market.
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong long-term relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Developing new business and proactively building your own pipeline.
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers and confidently presenting the brand and its offering.
  • Taking ownership of sales targets, forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial performance.
  • Identifying new opportunities within the market and turning them into genuine commercial partnerships.
  • Working closely with the wider business to ensure clients receive an excellent level of service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
