Luxury Leisure Sales Manager – £62,000

FULLY REMOTE WORKING

UK Based | International Luxury Hotel Group | Mediterranean Portfolio

Salary: Up to £62,000 + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Luxury Leisure Sales Manager to join a prestigious international luxury hospitality group with an exceptional portfolio of high-end hotels and resorts across the Mediterranean.

This is a key UK-based commercial sales role focused on driving luxury leisure revenue, developing existing accounts, and generating new business across the group's full hotel portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury hotel sales, luxury travel, or leisure sales, together with an established network across the UK luxury travel market.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Luxury Leisure Sales Manager will be responsible for growing leisure business and strengthening the group's position within the UK luxury travel market.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies across the UK luxury leisure market
  • Managing and growing existing luxury leisure accounts
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Driving revenue across the group's full portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts
  • Building strong relationships with luxury travel agents, tour operators, travel advisors, and key leisure partners
  • Developing relationships with luxury consortia including Virtuoso, American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts, Select, Ensemble, and Signature
  • Strengthening relationships with luxury hotel affiliations and preferred partner networks
  • Supporting commercial opportunities through organizations including Leading Hotels of the World, Design Hotels, and Preferred Hotels & Resorts
  • Increasing repeat business, preferred partner activity, and direct leisure sales
  • Representing the hotel portfolio at international luxury travel events, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking forums
  • Conducting client meetings, sales calls, presentations, and account reviews
  • Working closely with Revenue and Marketing teams on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and commercial initiatives
  • Managing the sales pipeline and reporting against agreed KPIs
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and luxury travel buying behavior
  • Acting as a key point of contact for major UK leisure clients and partners

The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven luxury leisure sales professional with an established network within the UK market.

You will ideally have:

  • Significant experience within luxury hospitality, hotel sales, leisure sales, or luxury travel
  • Approximately 8–10 years' relevant sales experience
  • A proven track record of growing revenue and developing high-value leisure accounts
  • Strong relationships within the UK luxury leisure travel market
  • Experience working with luxury travel agents, tour operators, travel advisors, and consortia
  • Knowledge of luxury consortia such as Virtuoso, Amex FHR, Select, Ensemble, and Signature
  • Strong new business development and account management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience representing luxury brands at international trade events and roadshows
  • A commercially focused and data-led approach to sales performance
  • Experience using CRM, sales reporting, and pipeline management tools
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with an international commercial team
  • A willingness to travel regularly within the UK and internationally

Candidates may currently be working within a luxury hotel group, luxury resort company, luxury tour operator, hotel representation company, or high-end travel organization.

Previous experience selling luxury resorts, destination hotels, or Mediterranean leisure destinations would be highly advantageous.
