Telesales Manager | High Earning Potential
Hampton Court / 5 days in office
We’re partnering with a fast-growing business within the events, coaching and wellness space that is looking to hire a Telesales Manager as they continue to scale!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead from the front — daily stand-ups, live call monitoring, pipeline reviews
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing telesales team
- Turn hot leads into closed high-ticket sales
- Create daily urgency, discipline, and execution
- Recruit, train, manage salespeople
- Ensure same-day follow-up on all hot leads (speed matters)
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting
- Build a culture where targets are hit
- Scale from 5 agents to 15+ as performance proves out

- You’ve managed telesales teams before (not just supported them)
- You’ve sold or managed high-ticket offers on the phone
- You are comfortable with: Pressure, Targets, Confrontation, Accountability
- You know how to turn average reps into closers
- You can talk metrics, conversion rates, revenue per lead
