As a Corporate Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will acquire new corporate clients, inspire HR and business leaders to transform their employee benefits, and play a key role in driving our commercial success. Seize the opportunity and join our Corporate Sales Team today!
Your daily workout
- Pipeline Management: You manage a pipeline of sales opportunities that need to be qualified, engaged, and signed-up to provide Hussle as an employee benefit at targeted companies
- Client Feedback & Process Optimisation: You provide feedback and insights to the business to improve our proposition and optimise the sales process
- Lead Generation & Qualification: You carry out lead generation and target company research in assigned regions and sectors, and you qualify and convert marketing-generated leads
- Events & Webinars: You participate in, and occasionally lead, events and webinars to support lead generation and increase brand awareness within Greater Manchester and the North West
- Sales Pitches: You prepare and present customized sales pitches to senior decision makers at target companies

Your fitness level
- Location: You are based in or around Manchester, or you possess excellent knowledge of the Greater Manchester corporate landscape
- Sales Experience: You have proven experience selling employee benefit solutions and packages to HR and Finance teams across companies of all sizes, and ideally bring additional experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Communication: You have exceptional communication and presenting skills
- Negotiation: You are confident at handling objections and negotiating good outcomes for all parties
- Closing Skills: You have strong closing abilities, a commercially sharp mind, and plenty of resilience to consistently deliver new business for the company
- Tools: You are used to working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
- Industry Knowledge: You have experience in the health and fitness industry on a professional or personal level (nice-to-have)
Your training goals for your first 6 months
- Sales Process & CRM: You understood the sales process and the use of the key methodologies we used, and you were a confident user of Salesforce
- Territory Planning: You built a detailed and approved territory plan for your region
- Events: You completed 2 outbound lead generation sales events in your region
- Sales Meetings: You aimed to conduct around 5 or more new client meetings per week to actively build and grow your pipeline
- Close Sales: You consistently won enough deals to achieve your on-target earnings
