Navigate Global Waters: Sales Manager, Marine Products – EMEA & APAC

Are you ready to steer growth across international waters with industry-leading marine positioning technology? Trimble Applanix is seeking a strategic Sales Manager to drive business, empower channel partners, and deliver cutting-edge marine products across EMEA and APAC!

What Makes This Role Great

The Sales Manager, Marine Products is responsible for driving revenue and coordinating sales activity for the Applanix Marine business unit within the EMEA and APAC territory (excluding mainland China and Hong Kong). In this role, you will focus primarily on the strategic management of indirect channel partners, while providing high-touch support for direct end-user sales as needed to ensure territory success. The incumbent ensures that local execution aligns with the global "Trimble Applanix" strategy through close coordination with the US-based Business Manager.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Drive regional revenue growth for Applanix Marine products, extended warranties, and service offerings across EMEA and APAC.
  • Strategic channel management, identifying, onboarding, and supporting high-performing indirect sales partners.
  • Execute high-touch sales cycles for key end-user accounts and manage complex tender processes.
  • Collaborate directly with global business leadership to align regional execution with the overarching corporate strategy.
  • Represent the Trimble Applanix brand at premier industry events, expanding our presence in key marine markets.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of proven sales success within the hydrographic survey or marine instrumentation industry.
  • Strong track record of establishing, scaling, and managing 3rd-party indirect channel partners.
  • Background or qualification in Surveying or Geomatics (hydrographic surveying expertise strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience managing government sales and complex tender and contract processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.

Bonus Points For

  • Expertise in localizing global sales strategy to regional cultural and market needs across EMEA and APAC.
  • Deep familiarity with marine positioning, orientation, and sonar survey technologies.

Location

UK (Regional Office or Remote)

Travel Requirement

Minimum 25% travel across EMEA, APAC, and occasional travel to North America
