Job Description

London | Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced media sales professional to help accelerate NIQ Media’s growth in the UK.

You’ll be responsible for creating and closing new business across media agencies, AdTech/MarTech, digital and social platforms, data partners, and other strategic media organisations.

This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership, from prospecting and relationship development through solution creation, negotiation, and close. The primary focus is the UK, with opportunities to scale successful partnerships into Europe.

Salary: 52400 GBP to 70000 GBP gross per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a new-business sales plan for the UK.
  • Build and convert a high-quality pipeline and deliver against revenue and margin targets.
  • Win new clients and develop annual and multi-year strategic partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with senior commercial, data, audience, and measurement stakeholders and understand client challenges and translate NIQ’s data, audience, and measurement capabilities into compelling commercial solutions.
  • Identify opportunities connecting advertisers, agencies, platforms, and partners to create new routes to revenue and own opportunities from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, contracting, and close.
  • Partner with Commercial, Product, and Delivery teams to bring the right solutions to market and maintain strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.

What success looks like

In your first 12 months, you’ll:

  • Deliver against new-business revenue targets.
  • Build and convert a strong, sustainable pipeline.
  • Win significant new clients and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish influential relationships across priority media organisations.
  • Develop partnerships that can grow across capabilities and markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
