Who we are

At Neuroelectrics® we are on a mission to change brain health forever. We design and manufacture wearable medical devices that monitor and modulate brain activity — combining high-density EEG with non-invasive neurostimulation to help researchers and clinicians tackle some of the most challenging neurological and psychiatric conditions, from epilepsy and stroke to depression and Alzheimer's.

Our technology is used in leading universities, hospitals and research centres in more than 30 countries, and we are now expanding our commercial footprint in the United Kingdom.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial activity across the United Kingdom on a freelance basis. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an experienced sales professional who knows the UK research and clinical landscape, enjoys representing breakthrough technology, and wants the autonomy of a self-employed contract.

You will own the UK market end-to-end — building the pipeline, closing deals and acting as the local face of Neuroelectrics for universities, hospitals, research institutes and key opinion leaders.

What will you do

  • Develop and execute the UK sales plan for our EEG and non-invasive brain stimulation portfolio.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline across academic, clinical and research institutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, technical demos (with support from our product team), proposal, negotiation and close.
  • Represent Neuroelectrics at UK conferences, trade shows and customer sites.
  • Monitor the market — competitors, pricing, trends, funding cycles — and adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts; report progress against targets to the Sales Director.
  • Work closely with our Marketing and Product Management teams to align messaging, gather customer insights and shape the UK go-to-market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
