Company Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager - MICE proactive to join our London sales team.

Here’s your opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the UK with a reputation for disrupting the industry. Selling our sought-after hotels in London, you will gain broad multi-segment and multi-site experience and be involved in launching our new London openings.

We’ll look to you to drive Group, Incentives, Meetings and Events business into Hoxton’s London portfolio of hotels in Shoreditch, Holborn, and Southwark, as well as the exciting new opening of The Hoxton, Shepherds Bush.

If you’re great with people, have several years’ experience in a hotel sales environment and are looking to join our growth journey, this is just the ticket.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

  • Manage some of our largest accounts in London within the Corporate, Group and M&E segments
  • Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximise our revenues
  • Work with our Director of Sales for London on annual sales plans, and pre-opening sales activities ahead of London new openings
  • Lead an on-site Sales Champion program with the Front Desk Team
  • Generate new business through market research, liaising with the Global sales team and working with our sister hotels
  • Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events and Sales Trips, and organise on-site client entertainment, show rounds and familiarization trips.
  • Work towards personal Group and M&E revenue goals and KPIs
  • Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

  • Someone with at least 3 years’ experience in London Hotel sales who can make a quick impact in our team
  • A people person who’s great at growing and nurturing long lasting relationships
  • We’re big on enthusiasm and those who get a kick out of working autonomously
  • People who enjoy working in a place where things move and change quickly
  • You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
  • You’re passionate about hospitality – whether that’s a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night
