Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is located in the prestigious Marylebone area of London's West End, overlooking the gardens of Portman Square and just moments from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. Inspired by the legacy of Sir Winston Churchill, the hotel reflects a sense of British heritage and timeless style.

The hotel features 440 elegant guestrooms including 50 suites, along with 11 versatile meeting and event spaces hosting a wide range of corporate events and social occasions. Dining experiences include seasonal British dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen and cocktails at the stylish Churchill Bar & Terrace.

Colleagues work in a vibrant hospitality environment welcoming both international business travellers and leisure guests to one of London's most sought after neighbourhoods.

Overview

As Sales Manager - Middle East, you will play a key role in expanding the presence of Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill across key Middle Eastern and emerging markets. Acting as the hotel's dedicated market specialist, you will drive commercial success by increasing brand awareness, strengthening market share, and identifying opportunities across leisure, corporate, diplomatic and group segments.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the hotel's international sales strategy, providing market insights and fostering long-term partnerships that support sustainable revenue growth and enhance Hyatt's position within the region.

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Middle East and emerging market accounts, driving transient, group and event revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, embassies and diplomatic organisations across the region.
  • Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities in line with the hotel's commercial objectives.
  • Represent Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill at trade shows, industry events, sales missions and networking functions focused on Middle Eastern markets.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person.
  • Travel within the Middle East and emerging markets as required to support client engagement and business development activities.
  • Negotiate corporate agreements, preferred partnerships and rate structures in line with revenue strategies.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, sales activity reports and revenue forecasts using Hyatt sales systems.

About You

You are a commercially focused sales professional, ideally with experience in hotel sales, hospitality business development or account management. You have a strong understanding of Middle Eastern markets and enjoy building long-term client relationships that deliver mutual value and business growth.

A confident communicator and relationship builder, you are comfortable representing a luxury hotel brand, conducting presentations and attending industry events.
