Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Heera Diamonds is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater London. The Sales Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, lead and motivate the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

- Managing client consultations
- Guiding customers through diamond and jewellery selections
- Closing sales in line with company revenue goals
- Setting sales targets
- Analyzing performance
- Implementing sales strategies
- Coordinating promotional activities
- Managing inventory levels
- Maintaining product displays
- Training team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborating with management on pricing, merchandising, and customer experience improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in luxury goods or jewellery, with strong team leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities, including consultative selling, handling high-value transactions, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of diamonds and precious metals, or willingness to quickly develop in-depth product knowledge (GIA or similar certification is a plus).
- Competence in sales planning, target setting, performance tracking, and basic reporting using POS and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Greater London, including weekends and peak retail periods as needed.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high visual merchandising and showroom standards.
- Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory; equivalent experience is valued.
