Sounds good? Join us as Sales Manager (National Direct Accounts & Distribution)
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, build long-term customer partnerships, and deliver high-quality technical audio solutions that meet customer needs. In this highly visible, customer-facing role, you will proactively sell Sennheiser and Neumann products to a diverse customer base including Resellers, Dealers, Integrators, Distributors, National Accounts, and End Users.
About The Role
You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, acquiring new business while strengthening existing relationships, planning and executing sales activity aligned with corporate strategy, and leading pricing and contract negotiations. You will strategically develop accounts by analysing customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity, creating tailored development plans to drive growth, increase market share, and exceed territory and sub-regional sales targets and KPIs. Working closely with internal sales and technical teams, you will manage the order process, provide customer support and technical guidance, represent the brand at customer events and trade shows, and ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are accurately captured in the CRM system.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
