Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for technical solutions and customer engagement?

As a Sales Manager – NDT Service Line, you will play a pivotal role in expanding ROSEN's presence across the UK and international markets. You will develop lasting customer partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver industry-leading inspection and integrity solutions for storage tanks, piping systems, and critical assets.

This is an opportunity to join a global technology leader and directly influence business growth within the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal development, contract award, and account growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a strategic advisor for inspection and integrity solutions.
  • Develop tailored proposals covering NDT, Coating, tank integrity, piping inspection, engineering assessments, and compliance services.
  • Achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets while increasing ROSEN's market presence.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records to support strategic business decisions.
  • Represent ROSEN at industry conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.

What you will bring

You are a confident relationship builder who combines technical understanding with a strong commercial mindset.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven success in a technical sales, business development, or client-facing role within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Inspection, or Integrity Management sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and practices, including API, EEMUA, NDT, NACE, and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and develop compelling value-based solutions.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally as required.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five years' experience in a technical commercial environment.
