As our next Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Mobile Network Billed business, leading a high-performing team while driving revenue, retention, and customer growth.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, network operators, and commercial partners.
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to deliver commercial success.
- Ensure robust forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting across the function.
- Champion an exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance with industry and business requirements.

Your Experience
- Experience leading successful sales teams, ideally within telecoms, connectivity, technology, or a similar B2B environment.
- A track record of achieving revenue, growth, and retention objectives.
- Strong coaching and people leadership skills, with a passion for developing talent.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive better outcomes.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
