£66,500 OTE | £40,000 basic salary
45 hours per week, 5 days over Monday-Sunday
North Oxford Garage, part of the William Morgan Group, is looking for an experienced and driven BMW Sales Manager to join our team.
Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading our sales team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving our commercial objectives.

The Role
As BMW Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and motivating the sales team to achieve outstanding results while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and motivating the BMW sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Driving performance across new and used vehicle sales, finance and associated products.
- Ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience from enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Monitoring individual and team performance, identifying opportunities for development and improvement.
- Supporting the General Sales Manager with the achievement of departmental and business objectives.
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, professionalism and customer care across the sales department.
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards and relevant legislation.
- Working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

About You
We are looking for an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to take the next step in their career, or an established Sales Manager looking for a new challenge.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, with strong knowledge of the retail motor industry.
- Proven experience of achieving sales targets and delivering strong commercial performance.
- Leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- A professional approach and the ability to represent the BMW brand to a high standard.
- A full UK driving licence.
