THE ROLE
- Be a trusted local expert, building relationships across the community
- Generate valuations, win instructions and drive business forward
- Grow the sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking and consistent follow-up
- Qualify buyers carefully and match the right applicants to the right properties
- Take ownership of the pipeline and drive efficient completions
- Coach and develop a junior team, building their confidence, skills and independence
- Establish processes for prospecting, vendor communication, pipeline reviews and team development

THE PROFILE
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of winning instructions
- Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and developing successful teams
- Professional, polished and confident when dealing with premium clients
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue growth and results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
- Strong knowledge of the London property market and competitive landscape
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to make a genuine impact
FULL PACKAGE DETAILS
- Basic: Up to £50,000
- OTE: Up to £75,000+
- Guarantee: 6 months
- Benefits: Regular socials, modern offices, supportive team culture
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, only occasional Saturdays.
