The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead commercial relationships across our B2B customer base- pharmacies, wholesalers and healthcare partners. You'll manage a small sales team, own the B2B commercial pipeline, and join our Management Leadership Team to help shape strategy and priorities across the business.

This is a genuinely commercial role but one that sits inside a healthcare and regulatory framework. We're looking for someone who can combine strong sales instincts with the discipline and credibility needed to operate responsibly in a controlled-medicines environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Operating in a Regulated Environment

This isn't a typical sales role, and we're not looking for a typical sales background. You'll be trusted to build commercial relationships with pharmacies, clinics and wholesalers while working confidently within the UK regulatory framework that governs medical cannabis and controlled drugs - think MHRA requirements, GPhC-registered pharmacy context, Home Office considerations, and the codes of practice that shape how we engage with healthcare professionals.

You'll also be the kind of person who speaks up: if something doesn't look right from a compliance, quality or regulatory perspective, you'll raise it quickly and through the right channels.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary plus performance related bonus
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Private medical insurance
  • Group Life Assurance

Curaleaf International is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. We value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process.
