A rapidly growing premium fitness brand is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead its London sales function through an exciting period of growth.
This is an incredible opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage, taking ownership of sales strategy, leading a high-performing team and playing a key role in the pre-sale and launch of an exciting new flagship site.
The Basics:
- Salary: £80-£100k base + commission
- Location: The City
- Hours: Full-time, on-site
- Opportunity to develop into a Sales Leadership position
This is far more than a traditional sales management position.
The business already has talented salespeople who know how to convert enquiries. What they now need is a strategic leader who can elevate performance, create accountability and build a scalable sales function capable of supporting rapid expansion.
The Role...
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing London sales team.
- Create a culture of accountability, motivation and continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance expectations and monitor team success against agreed KPIs.
Commercial Strategy:
- Own and develop the overall sales strategy for the London business.
- Build sales plans that align with marketing activity and company growth objectives.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and improve conversion.

Business Development:
- Develop and grow corporate partnerships to generate additional revenue streams.
- Identify new commercial opportunities that support sustainable business growth.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to maximise lead generation and conversion.
Senior Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and wider leadership team to support business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting, forecasting and strategic recommendations.
- Play an active role in supporting future expansion as the business scales internationally.
The Person...
The ideal candidate will be a strategic sales leader who enjoys building teams just as much as delivering commercial results.
They will bring experience leading high-performing sales functions within premium consumer-facing businesses and will be confident creating strategy rather than simply managing day-to-day activity.
The successful individual will demonstrate:
- Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute sales strategy.
- A track record of delivering ambitious revenue targets.
- Confidence working with data, forecasting and performance metrics.
- Experience building partnerships and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- High levels of energy, resilience and accountability.
- A genuine passion for fitness, wellness or premium consumer brands.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
- A desire to be fully immersed in the business, working alongside the wider team in a collaborative office environment.
