Our client is a multinational company that provides cutting edge solutions within the Oil & Gas sector.
Job Description
The Regional Area Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding market share and driving the adoption of specialized products and solutions with major operators, EPC contractors, refineries, petrochemical facilities, and LNG operators across the region.
The successful candidate will focus on:
- Growing maintenance and turnaround business.
- Developing recurring revenue streams.
- Winning new operator accounts and specifications.
- Expanding existing customer relationships.
- Managing distributor performance and execution.
- Building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Delivering accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of sales or business development experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Experience selling products, services, or technical solutions to operators, refineries, petrochemical plants, or EPC contractors.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
