Job Title: Sales Manager, Labels & Packaging

Location: Scotland (Hybrid/Field-based)
Salary: £60,000, £85,000 + bonus + car allowance

About Print Pack Recruitment
Print Pack Recruitment specialises exclusively in the print and packaging industry. We're currently supporting a growing labels manufacturer in Scotland in their search for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across key accounts.

The Role
This is an opportunity for a proven sales leader in the labels or packaging sector to take ownership of a growing customer base, lead new business development, and build long-term client relationships across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial strategy across the labels and packaging portfolio, setting direction for growth rather than simply managing existing accounts
  • Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities across FMCG, food & beverage, and industrial sectors, building a pipeline that supports sustained revenue growth
  • Build and lead senior-level relationships with key clients, positioning yourself as a trusted commercial partner rather than a transactional supplier
  • Translate market insight into action, staying ahead of industry trends, competitor movement, and evolving client needs across the labels sector
  • Partner closely with production and operations leadership to ensure commercial commitments are matched by operational delivery
  • Take ownership of sales performance and pipeline reporting, using data to guide decisions rather than simply reporting on activity
  • Act as a commercial leader within the business, contributing to strategic planning beyond your immediate sales targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
