About the Role

As the Sales Manager for the Partnership Development team, you will:

  • Hold end-to-end accountability for the success, growth, and strategic development of a defined partner portfolio.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers.
  • Undertake senior leadership duties within the NCL office when Head of Sales is unavailable.

You will set the direction for managing the full customer lifecycle - from onboarding through to long-term account management, retention, and revenue expansion - ensuring a consistent, commercially driven approach across the team.

Acting as both a senior commercial leader and subject matter expert across all Rental Services product offerings, you will:

  • Leverage deep product and market knowledge to shape customer strategy.
  • Drive product adoption and unlock sustainable revenue growth.
  • Combine operational planning and commercial accountability to scale partner development, strengthen retention, and deliver measurable growth across RLTS.
  • Elevate team performance, embed best practice, and ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of planning, execution, and optimisation of all strategic plans/KPIs made by the Head of Sales and the SLT.
  • Ensure careful stakeholder management across RMG in relation to delivery of your plans and priorities.
  • Drive successful outcomes from all team members, including KPI performance, customer experience, and growth.
  • Resource management to ensure coverage of all Key Accounts appropriately and proportionately versus remaining partner accounts.
  • Carry out all people responsibilities relating to the leadership of a healthy, high-performing team of Partner Development Managers.
  • Take ownership of any escalated issues regarding all rental services products and act as a single point of coordination between all relevant departments.
  • Structured reporting and MI to be made available to SLT on a regular basis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
