Sales Manager – Porsche Specialist
Exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our highly successful Porsche specialist business and help take our sales operation to the next level.
This is a varied and demanding role that would particularly suit someone with a genuine passion for Porsche and performance cars.
The role
- Manage, motivate and lead a small sales team.
- Lead by example with a genuinely hands-on approach.
- Coach and mentor sales executives to maximise their performance.
- Be actively involved in selling and buying vehicles.
- Source and identify the right stock and new commercial opportunities.
- Build on an already very successful sales operation.
- Drive sales, profitability and exceptional customer service.
- Develop strong customer and supplier relationships.

About you
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade.
- Excellent sales and commercial ability.
- Strong negotiating and buying skills.
- The energy and ambition to grow an already successful operation.
- The ability to motivate, coach and develop a small team.
- Mental agility, commercial dexterity and entrepreneurial flair.
- A genuine passion for cars and performance vehicles.
Knowledge of the Porsche brand, both classic and modern, would be a distinct advantage.
