Sales & Product Manager
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Product Manager to develop our product portfolio and expand our presence across the UK retail market. The role combines sales, business development, product management, supplier coordination, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and product strategies aligned with UK market trends and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with retail buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Manage and develop product portfolios across Luggage & Bags, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, and Lifestyle Products.
- Identify new product opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Manage product lifecycle including product selection, sourcing, launch, pricing, and portfolio optimization.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers on product specifications, pricing, margins, MOQ, quality, and delivery.
- Drive new product launches and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and profitability.
- Prepare sales forecasts, product performance reports, and market updates for management.
- Achieve agreed sales, revenue, and margin targets and travel across the UK as required.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Management, or Retail Account Management.
- Strong understanding of the UK retail and consumer products market.
- Experience in one or more of: Luggage & Bags, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or Lifestyle Products.
- Strong experience in retail sales, product management, supplier negotiation, pricing, and margin management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
