Sales Manager

CTV and Digital Video Advertising | London | International Remit

In 2016, a media technology business set out to make digital video advertising more relevant, intelligent, and better connected to the environments where audiences consume content. Since then, it has grown into a global player across CTV and digital video, combining premium publisher relationships, contextual technology, and creative advertising formats to help brands connect with audiences across screens.

At the heart of the business is proprietary semantic AI technology designed to understand content and context at scale. This enables advertisers to deliver highly relevant campaigns while responding to the growing importance of privacy, and gives publishers new ways to create value from premium video environments.

Today, the company operates across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, with teams in major international media markets including London, Paris, New York, São Paulo, Milan, and Berlin. Despite that international scale, the culture remains entrepreneurial and collaborative, with people encouraged to take ownership, challenge established thinking, and turn ideas into action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
