Sales Manager Putney – Club Pilates (London, UK)
Location: Brand new Club Pilates studio opening in Putney, London (Autumn 2026)
Start Date: July 2026
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per year (depending on experience) plus commission
Are you passionate about health, wellness, and helping people transform their lives? Do you thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? Club Pilates is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager to lead the pre-sale campaign for our exciting new Putney studio, opening in Autumn 2026.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of launching a brand-new studio from the very beginning. Starting in July 2026, you will take ownership of the pre-sale period, building excitement within the local community, generating leads, converting founding members, and creating a strong membership base before the studio opens its doors.
This role offers the opportunity to build a membership community from the ground up and make a lasting impact on the success of a brand-new Club Pilates studio. You will play a key role in shaping the studio culture, establishing local partnerships, and driving commercial success from day one.
As the leading Pilates brand worldwide, Club Pilates offers premium group reformer Pilates classes in a supportive and community-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for helping establish Club Pilates Putney as the go-to destination for premium Pilates in the area, delivering an exceptional member experience from pre-launch through to opening and beyond.

You’ll be the driving force behind the launch journey, helping build awareness, grow our founding membership base, and create the foundations for long-term studio success. Great career growth opportunities and a generous commission structure per sale are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the pre-sale membership campaign ahead of the Autumn 2026 studio opening, including generating leads, following up prospects, conducting consultations, and converting founding memberships
- Build strong relationships within the local Putney community through presale marketing, grassroots outreach, partnerships, events, and community initiatives to drive awareness and excitement ahead of launch
- Take ownership of the studio’s pre-opening sales strategy and membership growth, working towards ambitious founding membership targets and ensuring the studio is positioned for a successful opening
- Drive studio revenue through proactive lead generation, follow-up, sales consultations, and membership conversions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming prospective members, answering enquiries, and providing studio tours during the pre-sale and opening phases
- Assist with planning and executing local marketing campaigns, community events, and launch activities to grow brand awareness
- Help establish and maintain high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness, and safety from opening day
- Maintain accurate records and manage sales activity through studio systems, including CRM and booking platforms such as MindBody and Digital Stack (training provided where required)
- Motivate and inspire the wider studio team to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture once the studio opens

Requirements
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets (fitness, hospitality, property, or retail sales preferred)
- Experience in pre-sales, lead generation, membership sales, or launching a new location is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Confident using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to build relationships and close sales
- Familiarity with CRM and booking systems such as MindBody and Digital Stack is advantageous
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required during the pre-sale and launch period
- A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping people achieve their goals
