Salary: Competitive + benefits + expenses
Type: Full-time, permanent

About Evo 3D

Evo 3D is an Exeter-based provider of 3D printing solutions, offering customers a full solution from choosing the right printer through to installation, training and lifetime technical support. We sell industrial and professional 3D printers, 3D scanners and materials from leading brands; our range covers resin, filament, SLS, high-temperature, large-format and robotic systems.

We also offer refurbished printers, equipment finance, training, and reverse engineering. Our customers range from engineering firms and manufacturers to universities and research centres, including NMIS, the University of Cambridge and the London Electric Vehicle Company.

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive Evo 3D's revenue growth, winning new customers and growing existing accounts across our full range of 3D printers, scanners, materials and services.

You'll own the sales pipeline from first enquiry to closed deal and beyond. Sales range from online consumables orders to consultative, higher-value sales of industrial systems, where you'll help customers build the business case for bringing additive manufacturing in-house. You'll work closely with our in-house engineers, who test and approve every printer we sell, to match each customer with the right solution.

This is a hands-on role with real influence on how we sell, which brands we grow and which markets we target next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
