WE’RE HIRING — SALES MANAGER
Stormzy’s House Party is looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of our events, private hire and promoter business and help us take it to the next level.
Based across seven floors in the heart of Soho, House Party isn’t a traditional venue.
Alongside our weekly nightlife, we host private parties, brand events, launches, shoots, live performances, promoted nights and plenty of things that don’t fit neatly into a normal venue brief. We’re looking for someone commercial, connected and proactive who knows how to turn a conversation into an event — and an event into a long-term relationship.
THE ROLE
You’ll own the full sales journey, from the first enquiry through to the event itself.
That means responding to inbound opportunities, but just as importantly getting out there and generating new business across brands, agencies, private clients, promoters, music, fashion and entertainment.
You’ll lead show rounds, build proposals, negotiate commercials and close bookings, while developing strong relationships that generate repeat business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
But this isn’t a role where you close the deal and hand it over.
You’ll stay close to your events, working alongside our Operations and Marketing teams to make sure what has been sold is planned and delivered properly. For larger or more bespoke bookings, you’ll take a hands-on role in the event itself.
You’ll also be responsible for keeping the commercial side organised — managing the CRM and pipeline, contracts, deposits, forecasting, follow-ups and run sheets.
A big part of the role is spotting the opportunity beyond the initial enquiry. A brand event could become a wider partnership. A launch could lead to a sponsorship opportunity. A promoter booking could become a recurring series. We want someone who naturally thinks that way.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll ideally come from venue sales, hospitality, events, nightlife, experiential or a similar environment.
You’ll be someone who:
- Is naturally commercial and enjoys hitting targets
- Is proactive about generating new business rather than waiting for enquiries
- Can work independently and take real ownership of the sales function
- Is confident building relationships with brands, agencies, promoters and private clients
- Can negotiate rates, minimum spends, commissions and wider commercial deals
- Is organised and comfortable managing the admin behind a strong sales pipeline
- Understands London’s events, nightlife, brand and hospitality landscape
- Is culturally switched-on across music, fashion and entertainment
- Is comfortable moving between sales, event planning and live delivery
- Can see when a straightforward booking has the potential to become something much bigger
