As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Manager Recycling Systems to strengthen our team in the United Kingdom.

If you enjoy building lasting customer relationships, developing technical solutions and closing complex commercial projects, we'd love to meet you.

Your challenge

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing our presence in the UK market. You'll work closely with recycling companies, waste management organisations, engineering consultants and investors to understand their challenges and translate them into innovative recycling solutions.

No two projects are the same. From the first customer meeting to contract negotiations, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process while working closely with our experienced Sales Engineering team to deliver the best possible solution.

You'll identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships and represent Bollegraaf at meetings, trade fairs and industry events. Together with colleagues across Europe, you'll help shape the future of recycling.

What we're looking for

You're an enthusiastic relationship builder who enjoys combining commercial success with technical innovation.

You bring:

  • Experience in technical B2B sales, preferably within industrial machinery, recycling, waste management, process technology or capital equipment.
  • A successful track record in managing complex sales projects.
  • The ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A willingness to travel throughout the United Kingdom.
