Sales Manager | Retail & Merchant Channel

Are you an ambitious sales professional who thrives on building strategic partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and driving significant commercial growth?

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our business across the UK and Ireland retail, merchant, and distribution sectors. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys developing long-term customer relationships, influencing key decision-makers, and delivering outstanding sales results within a fast-growing and innovative market.

As the face of the business within your territory, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major retail and trade partners, including national DIY chains, builders' merchants, electrical wholesalers, distributors, and e-commerce accounts. You will identify new routes to market, negotiate commercial agreements, create joint business plans, and develop sales strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and market share.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
