Ready to lead a sales team AND still be at the sharp end of winning business? This could be the opportunity for you. π
I'm working with a leading data, analytics and location intelligence business that helps some of the UK's best-known consumer brands make smarter commercial decisions - from where they should invest, to how they can increase sales, optimise their networks and understand their customers. They're now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their Retail, Leisure & Private Health proposition.

- Lead, coach and develop a sales team
- Build and deliver sector sales strategies
- Develop new business and grow strategic accounts
- Engage with senior decision makers and C-suite stakeholders
- Own pipeline, forecasting and sales performance
- Sell data, analytics, technology and consultancy-led solutions

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
