London | UK & Ireland

£90,000–£100,000 package

Contemporary design specified by leading architects, interior designers and hospitality groups internationally.

Collate Form is recruiting for an exceptional Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the UK & Ireland growth of an internationally established, design-led manufacturer working at the highest end of the interiors market. This business combines heritage, craftsmanship, specialist manufacturing expertise, and contemporary design, with products specified across high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects internationally. The opportunity in the UK is significant. We are looking for someone who already knows the London design community: a commercially minded, well-connected individual who can build genuine relationships, open doors and turn specification opportunities into long-term business. This is not simply a sales position. You will become the key commercial presence for the brand across the UK & Ireland, supported by an established European manufacturing operation and working closely with its exclusive UK distribution partner.

The Role

You will own business development across both A&D / Contract and premium Retail channels, identifying new opportunities and building a sustainable project pipeline. You will:

  • Develop relationships with leading architects, interior designers, design studios, developers and hospitality groups.
  • Introduce the collection and manufacturing capabilities to new practices and specifiers.
  • Build a strong pipeline of high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
  • Identify emerging studios, new clients and untapped market opportunities.
  • Manage the full commercial journey from initial introduction and specification through negotiation and project conversion.
  • Work collaboratively with the UK distribution partner and wider international team.
  • Organise presentations, studio visits, Lunch & Learns, showroom events and other client-facing activity.
  • Support designers with bespoke proposals tailored to individual projects.
  • Maintain clear visibility of opportunities, activity and pipeline through CRM reporting.
  • Represent the business at exhibitions, design events and client meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
