B2B Sales Manager, PropTech SaaS
Location: Remote, UK
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 basic, depending on experience
On Target Earnings: Six figures
The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and growing PropTech business that is transforming the way estate agents present themselves, communicate with homeowners and ultimately win more instructions.
Our client has developed an innovative SaaS platform specifically for the UK estate agency market, providing agents with modern presentation and marketing tools that help them stand out from the competition, demonstrate their value and grow their market share.
Following recent investment into their marketing function, the business is generating a strong flow of qualified leads and is now looking to appoint an experienced B2B Sales Manager to convert those opportunities into long term clients.
This is a full cycle consultative sales role where you will take ownership of the complete sales journey, from initial enquiry through to signed client, whilst helping shape the future growth of the business.
If you have a proven background in SaaS sales, enjoy building relationships with estate agents and business owners, and thrive on turning opportunities into long term customers, this could be an outstanding career move.
The role
Working remotely, you'll be responsible for managing the complete sales process, ensuring every opportunity is handled professionally and that no qualified lead is overlooked.
- Deliver engaging online demonstrations, tailoring every presentation to the individual needs of estate agents and showing how the platform can help them differentiate themselves, impress prospective clients and win more business.
- Using a consultative approach, you'll build trust with decision makers, understand their business challenges and confidently guide them through the sales process to a successful conclusion.
- Alongside winning new business, you'll continue developing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase platform usage, introduce additional functionality and maximise account growth.
- As part of your day to day responsibilities you'll maintain a well organised CRM pipeline using Nutshell, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded, opportunities are effectively managed and forecasting remains reliable.
- Working closely with the marketing team, you'll help refine lead nurturing strategies, monitor conversion rates and continuously improve the sales funnel. You'll also report on key sales metrics and pipeline performance, helping the business make informed commercial decisions.
- You'll also work collaboratively with the Marketing, Projects and Client Success teams to ensure every new client experiences a smooth handover and an exceptional customer journey.
- There will be opportunities to represent the business at key industry conferences and events throughout the year, typically between two and four occasions annually.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
