Sales Manager / Sales Director
📍 Fully Remote | UK
💷 £45,000–£65,000 + Uncapped Commission
💼 Full-time | B2B Sales | New Business
Looking for your next sales role where your earning potential is directly linked to the business you win? We're working with a growing B2B business that is looking for an experienced salesperson to join its commercial team. This is a role for someone who enjoys opening doors, having conversations with decision-makers and turning opportunities into revenue.
You'll have plenty of autonomy, with the opportunity to develop new opportunities across a range of B2B markets including data, research, subscriptions, business intelligence, media and technology.
What you'll be doing:
- Identify and approach prospective customers
- Create opportunities through outbound activity and targeted prospecting
- Speak with decision-makers and uncover commercial needs
- Take prospects from initial conversation through to agreement
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate commercials and secure new contracts
- Keep your opportunities moving and maintain an accurate pipeline
- Work towards agreed revenue and activity goals
- Develop a strong understanding of the market and customer base

About you:
- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment
- A strong track record of winning new customers
- Comfortable generating opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound leads
- Confident taking ownership of negotiations and closing
- Commercially minded and motivated by targets and commission
- Able to talk confidently about your sales performance and results
- Comfortable dealing with senior-level contacts
- Persistent, self-motivated and able to work independently

Experience selling subscriptions, business intelligence, data, research, B2B media, events or technology solutions would be particularly relevant.
