If you're a serious B2B hunter, a proven closer and someone who owns the entire sales cycle, I want to hear from you.
I'm recruiting for a growing international B2B business looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to find opportunities, sell to senior decision-makers and close deals.

π₯ THIS IS ABOUT CLOSING
We're not looking for someone whose experience is primarily account management, renewals or handing qualified opportunities over to someone else.
We're looking for people who can genuinely say:
"I found the opportunity. I ran the sales process. I negotiated it. I closed it."
You'll own the full 360Β° sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to commercial negotiation and signed agreement.
WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
Ideally, you'll have around 5+ years' B2B sales experience and a demonstrable record of winning new business. You'll be:

- ATS / HRIS / Payroll
That said, your ability to win new business and close is more important than having the perfect industry background. Strong candidates from B2B media, events, market intelligence, data, recruitment, commercial insurance, merchant services, financial services and other high-activity sales environments will also be considered.

π YOUR NUMBERS MATTER
You should be comfortable talking about:
- Deal values
- Revenue generated
- Quota / target attainment
- Number of deals closed
- Sales-cycle length
- Conversion rates
- Pipeline generated
- Prospecting activity
- New-business revenue
- Seniority of buyers
"Consistently exceeded target" isn't enough. Tell us what you actually sold, how much you sold and how often you closed.
