Sales Manager, Scandinavia – Aerospace

Join our Aerospace Business in an exciting sales role!

This role is suited for a proven technical sales professional with a strong track record in the aerospace market. We ask that you have a strategic mindset, deep customer engagement, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles with Aftermarket customers, Airline, MRO and important industry partners, for the Scandinavian region.

You will report to the Sales Director.
This is an individual contributor position, field based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, and expand strategic relationships with aerospace Aftermarkets customers, and main accounts within aerospace and related industries
  • Implement the regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets
  • Promote and position a portfolio of high-performance Packaging solutions, specialty chemicals, coatings, and sealants, with a value-based selling approach
  • Lead complex technical sales processes, including solution development, application validation, and contract negotiations
  • Deliver advanced technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and company partners
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, identifying needs and providing tailored, value-added solutions in collaboration with R&D and technical teams
  • Manage an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring disciplined use of CRM tools and forecasting accuracy
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including new programmes, platforms, and market segments
  • Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and technical forums to strengthen brand presence and market intelligence
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Legal, Credit, and Export Compliance to ensure seamless execution of business activities
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field (business degree acceptable with technical sales experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in technical sales within aerospace, chemicals, or advanced manufacturing industries
  • Experience achieving sales targets and managing complex, high-value accounts
  • Experience with aerospace standards and processes (AS9100, NADCAP)
  • Willingness to travel (50–70%)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Fluency in English required; additional European language (German, French) strongly preferred
