Service Sales Manager
Location: Perth (on-site, with flexibility considered)
Salary: circa £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
Bonus: Performance-related scheme
About the Company
My client is a specialist onshore wind services business operating across the whole of the UK, with service centres in Scotland, England and Northern Ireland. They offer landowners, businesses and developers highly professional and responsive support across the full turbine lifecycle, including remote monitoring, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and wider turbine support services.
A proven, trusted and innovative provider, they have a strong focus on maximising availability and return on investment for their clients and are currently going through an exciting period of growth.
The Role
This is a commercially focused role sitting at the heart of the business. You will work closely with the Senior Commercial Manager, taking ownership of customer relationships while also contributing to new business development.

No two days will look the same, and you will need to be comfortable moving between account management, contract support and getting out in front of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of client accounts, maintaining regular proactive contact to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities
- Act as a key point of contact for customers requiring service support, handling queries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Support business development activity, including identifying and approaching prospective clients
- Articulate the company’s service offering clearly and confidently, including repowering and maintenance solutions
- Represent the business at trade shows, industry events and client meetings
- Produce accurate and timely commercial reports and updates for the Senior Commercial Manager
- Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
What We Are Looking For

Essential
- Background in the wind energy sector; ideally within a turnkey service or O&M environment
- Proven experience in account management, sales support or a commercial role
- Strong communicator with the confidence to manage both new and long-standing client relationships
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude; comfortable in a small, fast-moving team
- Based within commutable distance of Perth
Desirable
- Experience working with OEMs or wind energy utilities
- Familiarity with wind turbine service contracts and commercial structures
- Previous exposure to repowering or asset management discussions
