A leading global solar PV and energy storage company is expanding its European sales team and is looking for experienced Sales Managers to drive market growth, build strategic customer relationships, and deliver ambitious sales targets.
🔥 THE ROLE
- Drive sales of energy storage and solar module products across your assigned market
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Identify and win new customers, channels, and commercial opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor competitors, market trends, regulations, and industry developments
- Negotiate commercial agreements and support payment collection
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
- Resolve customer issues and provide market feedback
- Help expand the company's renewable energy footprint across Europe

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years’ overseas sales experience
- 2+ years’ experience in overseas energy storage sales/marketing
- Strong knowledge of solar PV and/or energy storage
- Established customer, channel, or industry network
- Proven experience developing markets and winning new business
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent understanding of local market conditions
- English + relevant local language
- Bachelor’s degree or above
