Area Sales Manager – UK & Ireland

Solar Mounting Systems | Remote | £80,000 + Company Car

We're working exclusively with a leading European solar mounting systems manufacturer as they build out their UK & Ireland presence — and this is the role that will drive that expansion.

This isn't a "maintain the territory" position. You'll be walking into a genuine ground-floor opportunity: owning the strategy, building the customer base, and shaping the growth story for a business that's serious about winning in the UK solar market, right as the sector heads into its biggest growth period in years.

The Role

As Area Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the UK & Ireland customer base — building strong relationships with existing clients while driving new business across Distribution, Panel Builders, and Contractors. You'll have real autonomy in how you run your territory, backed by a market-leading product portfolio and the freedom to bring your own network, ideas, and approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
