Job Description
- Responsible for generating new business opportunities in the area of responsibility, as well as maintaining the project pipeline
- Responsible for achieving personal annual sales targets
- Ensure full knowledge of all Key Customers, the decision makers and key influencers as well as understanding organisation structure and the decision processes
- Maintain positive and open relationships with customers and internal Doka employees
- Using the Doka product portfolio to deliver the most economical and professional solution together with upselling in order to increase revenues
- Develop an understanding of competitor’s products
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately with the engineering department
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Lead and coordinate with team members and other departments throughout the whole sales process from inquiry to project closure
- Responsible for account management, i.e. dealing with complaints, queries, and making sure account payments are made in line with Doka trading terms.
- Supply management with reports on your sales area activities, customer needs, interests, competitive activities and the potential to identify opportunities for new products and services
- Maintain customer and project information in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue and material requirements

Qualifications
Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
- Degree or diploma in a construction related discipline would be preferable along with a deep knowledge of the construction industry and ideally the formwork sector
- Strong technical sales skills with at least 5 years experience
- Strong IT skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Ability to create and confidently deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and ability to deal with customer feedback
- Understanding of key contractual terms
