Sales Manager – Spain & Portugal

The Sales Manager – Spain & Portugal is responsible for delivering commercial growth across Iberia as the company transitions to a direct-to-market model. The role oversees multiple brands, manages channel partners, drives account performance, and ensures strong brand visibility across retail networks.

Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal, ensuring sustainable growth across all brands.
  • Channel Partner Management: Manage relationships with retail groups, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Account Management: Lead key account relationships, deliver business reviews, and drive multiple category performances.
  • Brand Visibility: Ensure strong in-store and online visibility through coordinated brand activation, merchandising, and promotional planning.
  • Sales Forecasting: Produce accurate forecasts, sales reports, and market insights to support business planning.
  • New Business Development: Identify new channels, partners, and opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Cross-Brand Coordination: Manage multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring balanced focus and commercial prioritization.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and category developments to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum mid-high level sales experience within the music industry.
  • Strong understanding of Spanish and Portuguese channel partners.
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands across account management and brand visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a territory, and deliver commercial results.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Fluent Spanish; English required; Portuguese advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across Spain and Portugal.
